ESPN analyst Louis Riddick will interview for 49ers’ GM job, report says

Over the past four seasons, Louis Riddick has handled increasingly high-profile roles in ESPN’s NFL coverage. Impressive as his television work has been, he apparently hasn’t left his previous life as an NFL executive behind.

Riddick will interview next week for the San Francisco 49ers’ general manager opening, ESPN colleague Adam Schefter reported Tuesday.

Before joining ESPN as a front office insider in May 2013, Riddick held scouting and personnel roles with the Redskins and Eagles for more than a decade. He most recently served as Philadelphia’s director of pro personnel from 2010-13.

The NFL coaching carousel is in full swing now, and Kelly should have plenty of options, although becoming a head coach might be a stretch.

The Bills, Broncos, Jaguars, Rams, Chargers and Niners are without head coaches. Numerous offensive coordinators Kyle Shanahan (Falcons), Josh McDaniels (Patriots), Harold Goodwin (Cardinals) and Sean McVay (Redskins) are candidates for those head-coaching spots, and Kelly could find a OC job with a contender next season.

Kelly is also open to returning to college, where he enjoyed success at Cheap Jerseys Direct Oregon, going 46-7 from 2009-12. A new college job may just fall in his lap.

According to a different report from Fox Sports, a couple of Cheap Jerseys From China NHL schools are contemplating making coaching changes if they could land Kelly.
